Getting cash on campus

Can anyone tell me if a student can use his Crimson Cash card to get cash from a machine at some location, or can it only be used for transactions at proscribed locations. We are wondering how we will get actual cah in our son's hand when necessary, for uses at places that do not accept Crimson Cash.

Thanks,

Bill

You can't withdraw cash using your Crimson Cash. The only way you can use the money on the card is to swipe it...

Maybe you should get him a debit card or something. There are plenty of ATMs around campus.

Or get a Bank of America account. It's better than paying a service fee every time you withdraw money at an ATM.
