question on address

so...i sent in my common app and supplement about a week ago using certified mail. it delivered today and i requested an electronic receipt to my email.
the weird thing though is that the signature was this guy named B boult or somethin and the address was 71 Brattle Street.

I mailed my app to 83 Brattle Street, so I am kind of confused on what is happening

anyone know what exactly 71 Brattle Street is?
thanks.
