| Last year, TIME had an article about Bill Gates (he was invited to Harvard to receive an honorary Doctor degree). According to that article (hopefully I did not remember the details wrong), Gates dropped out of Harvard near the end of his 4-year there and was not exactly voluntary. Apparently, he had a little brush with school regulations. He was doing something in the dorm (his company), which violated school laws. Also, around that time, one night, he went to a party somewhere in Boston, drove a borrowed car without carrying a valid license, and was caught by a police. He stayed in correction center for one night because he did not have enough money to bail himself out. Since then, he learned to carry enough cash just in case. |
