Does Harvard College require interviews with all undergraduate applicants? I have searched on the Harvard website; however, nothing clearly states whether it is required.

a close friend of mine in Bangalore got his Harvard interview call 2 days back..now,India is not in the list of countries listed on the Harvard College website which specifically says that applicants from other countries apart from the ones listed above won't have interviews unless the admissions committee wants to know more about them..so is the interview call a good sign for him or is it just normal.?

I applied for Fall 2009, and me and all my peeps were given mandatory interviews. We're from Los Angeles, and they partnered us up with former Harvard alumni. I still have not heard from them, fingers crossed.
