Test Scores: Transfer Applicant

So I recently took 3 SAT subject tests and the ACT's for my Harvard app, and I am completely unhappy with my scores. I really want to re-take 2 of the subject tests and the ACT's again, but I'm not sure if they will accept them. The next subject test date isn't until May 3rd, and the ACT's are sometime in April. Considering the fact that they require final grades that come out towards the end of May I thought I might have time. I'm not sure if they already make their decisions before receiving final grades. Does anyone know? Do you think I have time to re-take those tests?

Also, I'm a junior applicant and I heard scores don't matter as much. However, they always matter to some extent. I'm pretty nervous about this. I feel good about everything else, but my scores. I've had a pretty unconventional upbringing that hasn't prepared me for these standardized tests, but I tried really hard to study for them on my own and do well.

So what's your verdict? Do you think they'll accept later scores?

Thanks.

P.S. I'm going to call the transfer admissions office, but I thought I'd ask on CC before potentially making a fool of myself.

I'm not sure about your situation, but I very highly doubt that scores in May or April will be considered.
By the way, you don't need to report final grades. This is from the website:

"OFFICIAL transcripts of all completed college work (including the winter term if you were enrolled in a college on the quarter system)"

Unless you go to a college with a quarter system, there's no need to mail in anything after fall semester.
