FAS E-mail

Someone please help me. This is starting to **** me off.
I have a HUID and a Pin# but when I try to set up my FAS email account it says "ID number not found in accounts database". For you guys that have yours set up, did you ever get this screen? And if you did, how long before it went away?

I got this screen for the 2 business days after I signed up for my pin. it might take longer for some people than others, but rest assured that it happens to everyone.

Token,

This EXACT same thing is happening to my son. He's waited now for 4 days and still unable to set one up.

Same here: it seems to take up to 2 weeks for some.

The quiz is ridiculous, can't believe I failed it twice! ha!

Answer every question as if you have a pathological dread of hackers.

there is a quiz you have to take on "internet safety" before your account is set up. if you fail 3 times, then you will be banned from making an email for 2 more weeks. haha. Just kidding (the quiz is real). =)

My son called yesterday and the school said it can take up to 2 weeks. It's just random on who's works sooner than others. No need for concern, just wait until at least May 1
