What if I'm still on the waitlist for Harvard but have gotten off the waitlist for Co

What if I'm still on the waitlist for Harvard but have gotten off the waitlist for Columbia? I have about a week to accept my Columbia offer. If I do accept it, what if I find out later that I also got off Harvard's waitlist? Could I take back my acceptance from Columbia?
