I've decided not to attend Hendrix and therefore must inform them of my decision. I've looked through everything I've received in the mail from Hendrix and searched their website, but have only found forms for accepting their offer and selecting housing and whatnot. These forms don't include a box that I can check if I won't be attending Hendrix. How would I go about telling Hendrix that I'll be going to college elsewhere this fall?

Just send your admissions officer a letter/e-mail, and I'm sure they'll direct it to the right person if it isn't them.
