I filled out the application for scholarships, but did not attend one of the weekend events in order to interview. Today, I randomly checked online and it said that I received a presidential scholarship. Is this a mistake? I thought you had to interview in order to receive a scholarship. I have not gotten anything in the mail about this, but I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to get one of these scholarships without interviewing. Thanks!

Did you see something on MyStuff that said "Accept Presidential Scholarship" or something like that? Because that's default on everyones mystuff account, just like how everyones account says March registration schedule.

On the other hand, a bunch of people that werent invited to the weekends were awarded smaller scholarships for about 2000 dollars. Maybe that's your case and your original letter got lost in the mail.

I clicked on the Presidential Decision link and on that page it reads " Congratulations on being awarded a prestigious merit based scholarship through the Presidential Scholarship Program; you are truly a Godiva! Please let us know of your intentions by choosing the correct response below and submitting prior to Sunday, April 15.". I emailed the school so hopefully they will clear this up for me.
