There is this college that I am applying to and I have a question about it. Let's just say that the email for the college's admission office is email@example.com. Now, now do I start off the email? Should I keep it informal or formal? I was thinking something along the lines of:
Dear [College] Admission Officers:
But would that be correct or would it make a bad impression, or just be too formal or awkward?
