@Fantasy I too am obsessed with That XX, although the censoring is kind of annoying (because I don't speak Korean, so I wouldn't know that they were cutting out explicit language). I just listened to Wow for the first time and also think it's really good.

I've also been revisiting some older Kpop songs, mainly JYJ and 2am (I'm obsessed with ballads, as you can see). I swear, I've had Ayy Girl stuck in my head all day today.

@Elleya Agreed, there are other singers/groups with amazing ballads than just SNSD.

@Alexissss This has been an exciting week, I really like SECRET's POISON too, their music video is really like: WOWZERS~!

@FantasyVesperia

wowzers indeed. I actually think its a bit over the top for kpop. I though Pandora by KARA was kind out there with the jacket move but this was a bit much. I don't think kpop should get that dirty. What do you think?

IU is also wonderful for ballads. That parrot in the beginning of "You and I" is lolzy.

I know people are tired of of hearing about soshi here but has anybody seen their rerelease of Oh! in Japan?

And last but not least, how do you guys like the new debut groups? I though Fiestar was pretty good.

@MutaRiSC I think SECRET kind of pushed it over the edge a bit, but it wasn't "slutty".

I didn't watch SNSD's Japanese version of Oh yet, and I don't really plan to, maybe I should, but I'm not a big fan.

I only like a few rookie groups like: VIXX, BTOB, B.A.P, EXO-M, and EvoL, and I think that's it, I may be forgetting a few lol

Yeah. I watched Secret's new MV. The dance is rather explicit. Not really my style. :\ They were trying quite hard.
IU is amazing! I also like Ailee. :3

And I just saw some of EvoL's stuff. They're really good. Especially the rapper.

Does anyone like C.N. Blue?

I also saw SNSD's Japanese "Oh." Meh. I'm not a huge fan. The cutesy yet adult theme doesn't work for me, lol.

Their song 'I wish,' reminds me off Train's '50 Ways to Say Goodbye' lol

^ I really wish people would stop mentioning that song. It is all most people know about in America but it isn't the only song in kpop, y'know.

I kind of don't want kpop to move beyond Asia and into America. Pop culture in America is full of degenerates who mock other people to get famous. Can you imagine IU in America? How would the press handle her?

Also, most Americans wouldn't understand or be able to accept kpop (cute girls and guys that might, to most people, look like girls). I think as far as Psy, he made a one hit wonder because the song was catchy and had a funny music video(and alot of my friends like it because of hyuna ).
