What time do you sleep?

On average, what time do you go to sleep, or for those with irregular sleeping schedules (been there, I feel ya :P) how many hours do you sleep on night?

Both of my daughters usually (they try anyway) have lights out from 10pm-6am. Personally, I don't think they get enough sleep.

Usually go to sleep at 12 or 12:30. Wake up at 6:00. The latest I've ever stayed up is 4:30.

Maybe about 11pm unless I get distracted by tv.

Around 1am...then sometimes I crawl out of bed at 6 to finish up more homework.

Of course, this wouldn't be necessary if I weren't such a professional procrastinator

Water does not taste good, in my humble opinion.

My mom forces me to be in bed by 10. But I watch tv (with captions and no volume cuz she can't know I'm up) till 10:30 to 11 depending on the day. She used to make me sleep with a light on till late 7th grade (not a nightlight; a real light) God my life sucks; I'm not even joking about any of this.

I have an EXTREMELY irregular sleeping schedule. I got 8 and a half hours of sleep last night... Tonight... tonight will not fare well. On the most part, I tend to get more sleep more in the beginning of the week.

My sleeping schedule is ruined. I'm currently awake at 6.25 am because I had to submit an application before the deadline and I'd been doing some insanely stupid procrastination. Last night I slept at 7.20 ish and woke up just over 2 hours later at 9.40.

I actually see a sleep specialist, so I have to be in bed by 9-10 to make her happy, haha. I wake up at 6 and get up around 6:10.
