Sorry, but when I think of you guys all I see are blank faces (generally adorned with nerdy glasses) staring at a screen, sitting in an extremely dark room and typing out ridiculous stats. Your mom delivers your food and places it outside the door, and you eat it only so you can support your massive brain as it craves for more knowledge. Obviously this isn't true. Hopefully.

So express yourself! Let me/anyone else know about what you're like in real life. Fashion sense, socially? (Don't be afraid to admit that you're basically a hermit or that you have no social life, because I'm cool with that too bro)

btw might as well come out, class of 2015. We're going to be spending the rest of our high school lives nagging at each other anyways, better to get to know everyone better.

I'll go first. I'm a pseudo-nerd, and proudly so. I usually have minor mental breakdowns if I fail anything at all, and I'm really anal about projects and partners. I procrastinate terribly but I've led people to believe that I have a relaxed life in which I spend my hours watching Supernatural and frequenting Tumblr. I've been raised to want to get into an Ivy League school so badly that it hurts. I unashamedly follow trends, and as of right now half my closet is filled with floral prints. I have a photoblog and a DSLR and I inhale coffee. I overthink everything and I like guys that are funny and easy to get along with. I'm kind of a goof myself and if you know me in RL you'd probably laugh. I'm Asian but I'm very tall, and not submissive (oh my god) or flatchested. Also I have a never fading tan. I want to go into med but I'm not fully decided, and my dream schools are UChicago, Cornell and Yale.

But yeah yeah, remember please don't talk about personal things or your name, phone number, etc. or this thread it going to be deleted and meh. wouldn't want that.

^Hey. Fellow freshmen here.

I'll guess that I'm going second. I suffer from procrastination probably more than you do. If i want to do something, I do it. If i am not interested or think that the assignment is a bit tough, I tend to procrastinate until the very last minute. I'm one of the strange guys that would rather run than walk. Can't wait for cross country conditioning to start in June! I consider myself very energetic and a night person. I usually tend to be so tired in the day, but when night comes I am so energetic. I'm also Asian but very small (5'5''). Well, then again my dads (5'7''), so it's not like i am going to be be 6 feet tall. My least favorite subject is English. Man, I hate writing and analyzing unless the story appeals to me. My mom said she would be enthusiastic if I got into UC Davis, but now things are changing. My mom now says I should go to UC Berkeley or UCLA, or else it would be embarrassing. My parents never went to college, making me first-generation. The major that I want to do in college is environmental engineering with a minor in sociology. Psychology also appeals to me.

I used to be so obsessed with Youtube a few years ago. I kinda despise how they have all those advertisements and I especially hate the layout. A lot of people tend to believe that I am a relaxed guy who doesn't get that much accomplished. My favorite hobby is looking at statistics and numbers. I enjoy watching basketball and sometimes football. I also am amazed on how much fights hockey players have.

I don't have any dream colleges since I know nothing about them (I know, why am I on this forum...) and I'm an academic failure by Asian standards (I know why am I on this forum x2....)

But I digress.

I freaking love English and I'll marry it in a heartbeat. I almost love drawing just as much. And singing. I'm not good at all three. Biking makes me happy!

I cry upon meeting math and being forced to social situations in which I know no one kdafjsoain LOL. I like the way dogs walk and I'm secretly hoping that class of 2015 will make a fb group or something so we can be 2015-ish without being judged by upperclassmen who'll roll their eyes at anything any chance they get

LOL, WHY ARE FRESHMEN SO CUTE? Lawl. I miss being a Freshman.

My advice is to get as many A's as possible. Join a few clubs that you LIKE and stick with them. Be nice to everyone you meet. Smile. Laugh. Love. Live life. Read books when you get a chance and it's okay if you cry while reading. LOL<3.

also!! don't wait until you're insanely tired to sleep.. sleep once you're done with all your homework and studying. trust me, staying up til god knows when just because you 'don't feel tired' or 'aren't sleepy' will not end well. also drink lots of water :-)

I'm 5'9 too I was aiming at taller, but i think i've stopped growing now
I'm a competitive swimmer, and also do track and road cycling at a high level

I'm probably going to go into medicine too, but other ideas keep coming to me, so basically I'm still undecided.

I am obsessed with WW1, but our history course for this year and next doesn't cover it at all I'm trying to get out to the Somme this summer, but I don't think I will be able to until I'm at least 15. I want to visit my Great-great-grandad's grave out there, and go to Thiepval where he attacked on 1.6.16 (or 6.1.16 if you read dates the weird, american way )
I doubt anyone out there shares this interest with me, but I'm happy being unique

Ok so this is a good thread to join!! So I recently joined this forum, but it's quite hard to follow as Im not an US citizen and I know almost nothing about this whole college-religion-thing. Ive read posts from people absolutely going crazy about college admissions and scores(we dont really have this kind of mentality ovehere except maybe for some studies such as med studies but also that is changing) I live near Amsterdam in Holland and next year Im taking the VWO exams + Latin (which is about the highest you can take in this country) It gives acces to university and now Im planning to study at Umea University(Sweden) in the fall of 2013 I think the area overthere is absolutely beautiful and I love skiing and most outdoor activities. Does anyone happens to know whether there exists an european version of CC??? I just dont think this is the best place for me to find information regarding european uni's

Anyway I'm in the class of 2013, not exemplary stats by any means, 1/3 of my life is softball, parties and socializing, another 1/3 is sleep and food, and school an the last third is spent at home or walking pretty much.

I'm super outgoing im the girl who walks up to random people to say hi, I'm very well known In my school. I do some clubs; I'm vey athletic, I write a story on tumblr, I'm taking my road test next week ( gettin my car today so I HAVE to pass!); I'm tiny- 4'11...um I think that's about it.....
