via wikipedia: The Running Start program in Washington state allows high school juniors and seniors to attend college courses numbered 100 or above, tuition-free, while completing high school. It is similar to other dual enrollment programs common at public and private colleges and universities in other states. The program was piloted in the early 1990s and officially approved to begin in the fall of 1993.

Awesome! I want to do that!
Does every school have that? Because I never read about that in my course selection book - the only dual enrollment classes were business classes

Same with my school, bassoonapus. Only business classes are dual enrollment.

That does sound cool, though!

Whoever said there are 104 days of summer LIED. This year, I have only 55 days of summer. I feel like I'm in some kind of year-round school . AND I still can't get my hands on the stupid summer reading book yet that I put a hold on a month ago. /rant over

Apparently there was some procedure I had to follow - I had to talk to my math teacher or something. But my mom had called the guidance counselors and I thought they had worked something out! FLUBBERNUGGETS1!!

^oh gosh that really sucks. If you don't get credit at least you'll cruise by in geometry next year.

@typeakid I have 53 days of summer. But I actually do go to a year-round school. My first day is in one week.

@Basoonapus: Is it possible to take a test that gives you credit for the class? (like the CLEP?)

MY SUMMER is.....
Well, I have 3 summer reading books to finish for English.
A fourth summer reading book for an AP class.
Two summer math assignments to check over/complete
Finish a few online classes
Visit my high school to check over a potential schedule conflict.
Study for my 3 or so AP classes.

My summer is amazing
