Best option for schedule?

So, I'm going to be a sophomore next year and I'm having some trouble choosing my courses. The problem is that I am interested in majoring in economics in college but I do not know when to take the class. Also I am on student government so it might be possible for me to add AP Economics to the curriculum for next year since my school only offers Economics Honors as of now. Which is the best option?
Option 1:
Sophomore: AP European History, Economics Honors and self study for AP exam
Junior: AP U.S. History, AP Chemistry, AP Spanish Lang, AP Calculus BC
Senior: AP English Language, AP Computer Science, AP Physics C
Option 2:
Sophomore: AP European History, AP Computer Science
Junior: Economics Honors and self study for AP exam or possible AP Economics, AP Chemistry, AP Spanish Lang, AP Calculus BC
Senior: AP U.S. History, AP English Language, AP Physics C
Option 3:
Sophomore: AP European History, AP Computer Science
Junior: AP U.S. History, AP Chemistry, AP Spanish Lang, AP Calculus BC
Senior: Economics Honors and self study for AP exam or possible AP Economics, AP English Language, AP Physics C

Also will it be hard to get an A- or above in AP Computer Science if I have very little experience programming. All I know is simple input/output commands from tutorials. However I'm very good in math, A student, so I'm not exactly sure if I should take the class. Any ideas?
