Help w/ a Rec Letter??

so i realize now that the teacher i asked for a letter of recommendation might not have been the best choice, and another teacher offered to write one for me should i need one. my first deadline is nov 1, is it too late to just switch? will it make a difference? i asked teacher one because i had them junior year, while teacher two was from sophomore year. i did pretty well in both classes, but like i said, teacher two seems a lot more excited about writing one for me... advice?

If teacher 2 is willing to write one, than they think they have enough time, and probably do.
