High School Philosophy Club Help

I really don't know where else to ask this question so my apologies if the topic of this post is inappropriate for this thread.

I am starting a Philosophy club at my high school and I need to create a government and position for the officers. I want this club to be VERY unique and want everything in it to reflect great (radical) philosophical ideals. For example I tried having a club with no officers where everyone is equal but the school did not allow it. I am not a big fan of the system that every other club has (president, vice president etc).

Do you have any ideas for a different system of government for this club?

President and vice-president are re-elected every month?

^Or every two weeks.

I always found this sort of club pretentious. Maybe your school has more profound thinkers than mine.

The system rotates so that everyone can have a try at beng president. And then you discuss what authority is and write some kind of motion/open letter to the ones that didn't allow you an alternative gonernmental system. What is authority when everyone has it? Or whatever...

just include officer positions, but make it people who are a bit laid back (while still smart and big contributers). we have a philosophy club and my school with officer positions, but the officers let everyone be heard.
