hey, i'm also for Bulgaria and I just got one...
I was just wondering...if it's a bunch of people just wanting your money, how come they offer fee waivers? it says in mine: 'Although we use membership fees for costs associated with nominations, benefits, scholarships...we would not want to exclude any student on a financial basis'

btw it's really strange for a Bulgarian to receive a letter from the NATIONAL society... ;D

yeah i just got the letter too. I'm Singaporean.
I think they got our particulars from Collegeboard?
there's no way they could find out the name of my school so I'm guessing it came from all the info I put in my collegeboard account profile.

If they were actually interested in recognizing good students, they'd do it without a fee. I threw it away as soon as I saw they were charging money.
