| Our school's mascot, griffins, is a combination of our two middle schools' mascots: eagles and lions. |

| Rangers. Our mascot is a guy in a Yosemite Sam costume who walks around stupidly.
Colors are Navy Blue and Gold, which we ripped from Notre Dame.
We're actually named after the town of Ranger, TX, the home of our first football coach, which is named after the Texas Rangers law patrol.
There are two other "Rangers" in the area, a high school and a major league baseball team. We outdate both by 30 years. |
