Then you said 100,000 should speak Chinese, which is about 0.0003% of the US, which is a huge difference.

I am korean, I only started to speak English fluently strarting 4 years ago.

I am taking spanish III right now, I am in Chinese II. (in korea, we use some chinese characters -we don't speak it) anyways. I would have to say Spanish would be better for you. but you know.. that's just me
