| ^Right there with you, slshi...I'd be terrified of driving it and having something happen to it. I feel much better having a dinosaur (I actually looooove my car, but if I wrecked it I wouldn't feel quite as bad). |

I drive my dad's Honda Civic when he's not using it. Which he is the majority of the time, so it's usually public transportation/my bike/my friends' cars |

As for BMW's and Mercedes, I think if a student's parents are rich enough, an entry level luxury sedan isn't too ridiculous. BMW's 3 series and the Lexus IS was designed for a younger crowd anyways. |
