Does this description of college intermediate algebra correspond to Algebra 2 CP/H?

I need to know if this following description applies to that of Algebra 2 College Prep or Honors at highschool. I want to take a course at my community college over the summer so that I can take Pre-Calculus at school next year as a junior. Thanks for any input.

MAT 100 Intermediate Algebra

Credits: 3.00

An intermediate algebra course which reviews and extends the material taught in MAT 011. It is appropriate for students who have taken MAT 011 or who have had an elementary algebra course in high school. It will prepare students for MAT 125, MAT 131, MAT 140, and/or MAT 161. Topics include a brief review of introductory algebra, factoring, algebraic fractions, radicals, fractional exponents, the Pythagorean Theorem, function notation, graphing, quadratic equations, logarithms, systems of linear equations, and word problem applications. A graphics calculator is required for class, homework, and testing. Classroom instruction and programs will be presented using a TI-83 Plus. Prerequisite: Math placement test recommendation of "UND 116" (under MAT 116 or MAT 011, with a minimum grade of "C".)

basically the things it says that it prepares me for in the description are courses Stat 1, Pre Calculus 1, something with computer science and so on.

If anybody does not think it does this is the link to the course page. Only a certain number of those following courses can be done over the summer for a high school student. Mathematics Courses

That sounds good to me.

PreCalculus is basically a pretty thorough review of Alg II and then goes deeper in the same subjects and then some trig.

You should ask your guidance counselor if your school will accept it for credit or not.
