| I'm a paranoid junior... Last two terms weren't too great for me...I got a few B's in my classes. Mind you, they were all honors and/or AP, but still....they were B's. When calculating GPA and class rank, my school only looks at final averages for a course in a given year, so I know that if I just pull some of those up, I can may be able to get a final average of an A (at least in two out of the four classes). My question is, how badly will this affect me in admissions? I know there are lot of these types of threads, asking whether a few B's here and there will hurt, but I am sort of worried because I'm not sure whether my SAT scores will be that strong or not. Regardless...am I screwed? I'm looking at top schools such as BU, BC, Tufts, Brown, Cornell, as well as some safeties. |
