Make to-do lists and prioritize what needs to get done first and how long everything will take, and then make a sort of schedule to make sure I'm getting everything done, but I also schedule in break times and stuff, and I also try to get 5-6 hours of sleep.

^That's if I'm REALLY busy. Making lists really really helps me, I don't know why. It makes me feel like I'm remembering everything and that I have everything under control.

During the breaks I usually watch TV online, draw, watch movies (in the short segments online, so I don't get caught up in it), read, nap, or take a walk.

work out is number 1... it's an amazing stress reliever.

watching movies or TV is number 2.

Distance running.

And if you're not into that, movie/tv show marathons!

Read, shower, sleep, maybe watch a d-drama but that's pretty rare for me now a days.

Do some online shopping (or rather online wishlist-making since I have no money). But it's nice fantasizing about something trivial like clothes

Listen to Tokio Hotel.

Seriously. I can, like, watch my thoughts become more optimistic and relaxed as I listen to them. Amazing stuff.

And then I sleep. I get lots of sleep... even when I was in high school and doing all the stuff that ended up getting me into my #1 college, I got enough sleep. Never pulled all-nighters. 11 PM was about the latest I ever stayed up doing homework.

And I drink tea.

I read, write, sleep, listen to music, kick a soccer ball, hit the wall, walk my dog.
