Any suggestions on a topic for a persuasive speech??? Nothing too common or outrageous, but something definetly unique and interesting would be VERY appreciated THANKS~~!!
My freshmen year a kid wrote one about why pot should be legal. It was interesting and highly controversial, and also extremely unique, especially in a school setting...
Personally, I think you should just choose something YOU find interesting....for a high school speech class you are probably graded much more on presentation and layout...
As the above poster said, net neutrality would probably make and interesting speech. Now that I think about it, I sort of wish I choose to do my research project for English 102 on Net Neutrality instead of the US patent system :S Oh well, they are both interesting.
