grad. speech

so i'm student body president.
and i need to have my speech done by tomorrow.
then i need to give it to my vice principal so he can tell me what he thinks about it and if he can think of any ways to make it better.
anyway, i have no idea what to talk about in my speech.
i don't want to write a funny speech (just in case no one else gets the funniness)
so i want an inspirational type speech.
i've only gotten a little bit of it done.
ugh.

If you're a guy, do a funny speech. If you're a girl, do an inspirational/serious speech unless you're sure that you'll actually be funny. The best way (no matter what you are) might be to do an inspirational speech with a few jokes thrown in.

Corny as it is, write from the heart. You're addressing a great number of people who you will never see again.
