Does it affect.

I have got about 15 B or B+ scores on tests, quizzes, other assignment.

I am also having a 89 average in quarter 4 in AP Cal AB. Other quarters I got 99. My year average is 98.

Does those things affect my application to colleges ? Do they look at the final score of the year or they still look at score of quarters ?

Is it ok if I got like a B in a quarter ?

I plan to apply to some schools like Yale or Dartmouth.

I will be a repeat junior next year

they only look at the final grade of the class, not the individual quarters.

My score at the moment is :

English: 96 (Q1), 99 (Q2), 96 (Q3), 100(at the moment of Q4), 98 (year average)

US History:99, 95, 95, 83, 93

Chemistry:100.4, 105.5, 101, 105, 103

AP Cal AB: 99, 99, 99, 89, 98

Bible: 96, 99, 98 ,100, 98

Choir: 94, 96, 96, 96(year average)

What do you guys think about my transcript now ? Is it good and competitive ?

My teacher put a F for a homework assignment in US History while in fact, I did that one.

Most high schools only provide semester grades. Trust me, they don't care about quarters because honestly it takes too long and everybody has a bad quarter.
