Which VHS course should I take?

I had a lot of issues with my schedule for senior year, due to the fact that most of the classes I'm taking only meet once in the rotation.

So this is my schedule [for first semester]:
AP Psych
AP Enviro Sci
Band
AP Lit
AP Calc BC
AP Spanish Language

The issue is that I can only take band for first semester [I've taken and enjoyed it since 5th grade, but I don't do anything special with it... no all-states or individual things...]

So now I can take a VHS [Virtual High School] course for second semester.

I'm not naive... I know that senioritis will be kicking in then [well, frankly it already has!]. So my question is how important is it which course I select? I know college will see what it is, but how much weight will they put on it (especially since it is my elective)?

Do I have to take an "honors" level course, or can I just take a "standard" level? Most of the courses that interest me are the "standard" ones.

These are some of the courses that have caught my eye:

Sociology [standard]
Spanish Culture and 20th Century Hispanic Literature [honors]
World Conflict, a United Nations Introduction [standard]
American Foreign Policy [standard]
Gods of CNN: The Power of Modern Media [standard]
History and Pop Music: 20th Century History and American Pop Music [standard]

I am aiming for Brown, Dartmouth, Amherst. And I am interested in majoring in antrhopology, sociology, linguistics, any language, and/or history.

My concern about the Spanish Culture one is just that it is speaking intensive and I'd like to do most of this from home, but I'd have to be @ school to use the equipment. And it just seems like a lot of work, especially when I'll be cramming for the AP Spanish test!

I know I'm being lazy, but I've had no social life throughout high school and really want to have a great senior year all around.

Thank you in advance

Any advice? I have to decide soon and I just don't want to jeopardize my chances for the top colleges.

Gods of CNN sounds the most fun.

Go for it!
