The good news is that smoking will kill them. The bad news it takes such a long damn time.

^I totally agree beeish! Since when has defending one's nation against radical terror groups been an awful crime especially when the Hamas attack citizens.

I have much to rant about.

First off, the kids who are destined to go to top public universities complaining about going to one hour EC's after school and then complaining about getting an 87% (See above). ***??? I come back today after break, not expecting much, last block of the day, the worst teacher I've ever had, gives me back a great 71%, already curved and everything. I studied for a week on stupid probability. To further put some salt on the wound, my friend says he failed the test, and shows me his 85%. Thanks jackass. I'm not the smartest math person, but grades do not discriminate, and that ****es me off because I know I will not end up with an A in that stupid algebra 2 class.

My mom learns about how I forgot to do one stupid vocab unit (Sadlier-Oxford) over break, and freaks out about how I planned to do it this morning before school started. She decides to ground me, threatening that she'll never let me wrestle again, tells me that I can't play 360 whenever I want to, takes away my Christmas presents (running shoes and Gears of War 2), and then says I'm her ***** for as long as she wants and can't complain. It is my fault, but she overblew it. The icing on cake for today was when my sister decided to tell her about how my calculator got stolen, so she got ****ed and went on this stupid lecture about how little things are always important and you have to make sure.

My STRINGS teacher decides to give us all a stupid, pointless exam, as well as the health teacher, whose class really SHOULDN'T exist. Thanks for making us stay longer at that dreaded school.

Lastly, I'm angry that I'm disappointed in myself. I don't know why I'm bad at math, and it's been hurting my grades, and I'm afraid the teacher may not give me the teacher recommendation for next year's math class, as I still don't understand some concepts, although I still believe he's such a horrible teacher (Turns off the lights, has used the Smartboard all f*****g year). I hope next semester kicks ass, but I have H. Chemistry, so that's probably a negative, and I'm still going to be salty about not getting an A in the only class that makes me feel some what smart.

I had a perfectly lovely Sunday, finished all my work and worked on decorating my room, finally. I made a crapload of lists, practically finished all my debate stuff for the national tournament this weekend, and everything, for the first time ALL YEAR, seemed manageable. One day later, it's so obvious that I can't do it all this week!!! I have exams coming up, two B's, one in a class that's going to end and I didn't think would have an exam but it does and I don't know one once of the material. It's a ninth class and unweighted and if I get a B I will FLIP because it's totally the fault of the teacher who wouldn't email me back and let me know what my grade was despite constant emails (it's an online class). OH MY GOD. And I have boarding school applications due, one of which is a scholarship requiring a creative writing portfolio, and I can't do it all, I can't, but it's not even my time management like usual, it's just impossible. And my English teacher is stupid and my Civics teacher is wonderful but for some reason I bombed the last quiz because I couldn't recognize the presidents and AHHHHH.

That felt nice.

Uhg.
I'm so sick of math. I have to take the test tomorrow that I know I will fail, and I can't afford to fail it. It's bad enough I already have a C in that class. Nothing makes sense.

What idiot came up with the idea that all of our late work must be in the Monday back from break? Sersiously? Do you want to watch us all squirm?

What the heck is up with all of my anxiety attacks anyways?

UUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGG.

I am SO not used to going back to school. It SUCKS. I'm barely half way done with my homework because I haven't fully realized that I have to be up at 6:30ish am tomorrow morning for school and I'll be super tired if I stay up really late. But yet, I really got to finish my stupid hw and I've wasted SO much time. Like, I barely have any hw..I just haven't done them because I just don't understand it has to be done SOON. ahh.

And I can't decide what to wear tomorrow because I can't find that pair of jeans so now I have to think of another outfit to wear because I dont want to wear the outfit with different jeans because it doesnt look as good and I dont want to ruin the outfit because I didn't pair it with the right jeans. And I really need to get to bed so I actually have time to do my hair and won't be eating and trying to dab makeup on in the morning in the car rushing to get to school.

But yet, I still havent done my homework. And now I realized I can't find my necklace to go with my outfit and I also realize that my outfit is the last stupidest thing I should be worried about right now. Stupid transition from christmas break to school.

And I also just HAVE to watch this night's episode of Gossip Girl that I recorded before bed so I can discuss it tomorrow.

Dang it.

"Today, I saw a letter from Geneseo that invited me to apply to the honors college. Excited, I wrote the required two page essay on how I am organized. I then saw the strict deadline was March 15th. My little brother thought it would be funny to hide my mail. For the past seven weeks. FML"

Whatever happened to the days where kids were kids? Are you listening to yourselves? (now, I have friends like this, but I'm saying..) Honestly, freaking out over a perfectly fine "B"? It's a LETTER. My friend only memorizes the information to get the A. She doesn't actually retain it. Isn't the point of school to, uh, learn? And, seriously, HAVE SOME FUN. Stop overloading schedules with tennis team, math team, NHS, and AP classes. (okay, take the AP classes and one or two activites) But, really, is it all necessary? Why not have some fun, instead of worrying all the time about papers, tests, getting into Princeton, etc? Yes, do your work. Challenge yourself with some hard classes. Get a job. But, please. You are young. You'll be working your WHOLE LIFE. Stock exchange, long hours in the hospital, typing at computer endlessly all day, whatever it is, you'll be working. Why not enjoy yourself a little when you have the option? College WILL accept you even if you get the A and not A plus. You WILL get a high paying job later in life. Just, everyone take a deep breath. Relax. And enjoy life. Don't let it blink away because you have to be better than everyone else, because it really doesn't matter in the end.
