It is. It is supposed to be average and medium-boned. For example, if you are small-boned (your index finger and thumb overlap when you put them around your wrist) then you can take off another 10-15 pounds or so.

But, this is "healthy" without any other factors considered. When you are a teenager there is other developmental things to be considered. Using what I said earlier, a healthy average can be 85 pounds for a teen. Subtract 15. Plus, it is an average.

I am really small-boned hmm..maybe that's why..then I'm only 15-20 pounds underweight which makes more sense.

I'm not 6'2 and 180 lbs of muscle
(Maybe that's because I'm 6'3 and 185 lbs. of Zesty Deliciousness)
