    400: ~59
    800: 2:15
    Mile: ~5:30

I work mostly on the 800. I'm a senior this year but I'm pretty lazy as you can tell by my other posts. I should be commended for doing such a work intensive sport.

That's a good 800 time. I usually burn out after the 1st 400, and my splits vary by like 30 seconds.

You could get the 4:30 mile if u kept up the pace though...

Pacing on an 800 is hard, you need to go out just below a sprint and just hold on for dear life.

    That's why I don't do the 800 =].

^ You run 3.1 miles at 5:32 pace yet you can only do 2 miles at 5:40 pace?

    400 - 57.1 as a freshman. Hopefully this year is a low 56 or high 55.

I also run 4x4 and 4x1. I ran the 800 once and my time (as a freshman who never ran it before, not even in practice) was 2:10.

Track started in November. We have indoor AND outdoor. However, outdoor starts on the 10th I think.

So mad about the mile time as that's my best event and I didn't even get into the fives.

    Triple Jump: 27' 11 3/4"

I'm a 9th grader, these were my 8th grade times. I'm definitely going to improve this year, but I still kicked buttocks for an 8th grader on Varsity. We start in less than a month.

the 5000 was on a grass/dirt course. the 5 miler was on the road. everything else was on the track.

i used to be a more serious runner, i've kinda slacked off lately...but i plan on running a 10 mile race this summer. oh, and my goal is under an hour.
