With the numbers listed here, I'm surprised I don't see more bulked up dudes and chiseled six-pack girls walking around the halls.

0...unless walking to certain places and climbing steps and the occasional driving counts. That is, until badminton season.
Anyone else here have high metabolism? I've literally pigged out too many times to count with food that would make the average teenager puke...yet I'm still as skinny as a stick.

Really none...I should start, though. I just bought an exercise bike, but I think the noise it makes angers the people downstairs... Darn universe!

I don't exercise at all :[
I'm trying to start though!
My fairly fast metabolism saves me though, thank goodness.

300 situps, 20 pushups (I have weak arms...), and 15 minutes on a rowing machine. That's every morning.
I do more on days when I hike, run, or ski. And I'm currently taking a required gym class over the summer to get it out of the way, so I'm doing 3 hours a day.

I run for about 30 minutes every other day, and go to the gym for an hour every other day. Nothing much, just enough to burn fat and gain muscle.

12 oz curls
/bad joke
Because I used to wrestle, I exercised strenuously for at least 3 hours a day and hardly ate. I did this for 5 years. Because wrestling is over, i decided to wait a long time before I exercised again. Although I'm getting have this really bad itch that says I need to exercise again because my 6 pack is fading away.
