How to improve grade in enriched pre calculus?

The last time I got a C in a math class was freshman year in geometry, so this is unacceptable for me. I've failed a couple tests, but I studied and knew how to do 90% of the problems. I don't understand how I can know the material and do bad on the tests. And of course this has to happen in my junior year, the most important year for grades.

Did you study by doing problems, not just looking at them? That can really help. Ask your teacher for help too afterschool or something if you can...

Get a whiteboard and markers and do practice problems from the book on the whiteboard. It's a good way to save paper and it's really easy to fix mistakes. This is how I ended up getting an A in Pre-Cal last year so I think it works really well. It worked best when we were doing trig proofs.
