Hmmm...a thread about procrastination that by its existence encourages more of the same.
You must be starved for entertainment up in Minnesota. |

Why do we, a bunch of perfectly intelligent, aspiring youths, fail to bring out our full potential? It is a conscious choice we make everyday. We know that studying leads to good grades, yet we cannot tear ourselves away from the distractions! Why God, Why.......
There MUST be a way to triumph over procrastination.

Lol at the post above me
While I'm procrastinating, did anyone realize that we are not allowed to use contractions on the AP lang test? I am going to have to start making alterations.

I wouldn't so much as allow consideration of myself as a procrastinator in terms of school work pop up in my mind, however I am very ineffecient when it comes to taking the initiative to get up and contribute around the house and yard. I usually attempt to sidestep my non-curricular responsibilities on the home front whenever the opportunity presents itself.
I suppose I don't actually have much of an excuse really, if I had hypothetically come home to find a completely ransacked house and parental expectations regarding "pitching in", I could see myself laying down on the cold, hard, plane floor and thinking of whatever I could imagine, regardless of absurdity.

I didn't believe the seniors last year. But alas I've contracted it- the deadly disease- I have Senioritis. I was once a procrastinator and waited until the last minute to do my work. No longer. I just don't work anymore. My mind has turned to goo thanks to fb, collegehumor, tv, mlia and cc.
No known cure.
