AP Class as senior

So would taking AP Bio and AP Art History as a senior be of any help at all when applying to colleges? I mean you take the AP test at the end of the year and college admission letters are sent within the first half of the year before you can even start preparing for the AP tests at the end of the year. So basically, is it worth it to take those specific AP classes as a senior and if taking any AP classes as a senior helps at all...Thanks
