I usually go to bed between 11:30 pm - 2 am. I have to wake up between 5:45 and 6 to be at school at 7.
I usually take a 1 - 2 hour long nap in the afternoon, which kind of messes up my sleeping schedule because then I'm not tired at 10 or 11 pm. (Although I would probably stay up late anyway)
