CHEESECAKE
anyways, my pretty much final list is
Fordham
Stevens' Institute
NYU
Barnard
Rutgers
all RD. there doesn't seem to be any advantage in EA and I can't do ED since my top choice isn't in this country
@Federico ha. that would lessen the hassle. we'ld only have to apply to one school

Nice teacher. Kind of reminds me of my speech teacher last year. She always brought candy and cookies to class.

hahha, Fordham is very popular!
NYC + Jesuit + Full-Tuition Scholarship + Bronx Pizza + Free App = #ImmadoEA
Also, Niquii, my teacher brought a bag of candy to give to the best student (me), but "neglected" to award the prize. As fate would have it, the next day, test day, this teacher walked into the room to find his students writing all the review information on the white board. The teacher was so shocked, he walked straight into a table, which he fell over. Apparently, his leg cramped after class and he had to be taken from the school on a stretcher. He cancelled class the next day. Thus is the fate of carrot-danglers...

I hate how Fordham's free online app has 3 essays, while on CommonApp you only have to write the one.. Like pay us $60 and you won't have to write an extra essay.. It's smart

I believe the Fordham App allows you to waive the fee and simply use the Common App.
It might be different though, because I received Fordham's app in the mail and from two email accounts.
I would like to warn you, though. While Fordham offered me one from, I assume, the Student Search Service based on my PSAT score. They also offered me this app based on self-reported stats on a college search website. Consequently, it can't be that selective.

I'm also applying to Fordham and they waived my app fee. I'm applying with the common app also. I have a question though and would appreciate it if anyone could help! On Fordham's website they list the app requirements, which includes an essay. Is this an additional essay to the two on the common app? I'm guessing it is, but where do I find it? :/

^yean, but the uc app is one application... So it's more like 14 haha. Not sure how much better that is. Anyway, I'm a good writer and I like it, so it hasn't been too bad so far.

I was mocked today :/ I was getting a soda from the vending machine and my dollar fell out of my hand so I bent down to get it and kind of lost my balance. I didn't fall; I caught myself. These morons behind me started laughing and then one of them copied what I did to make fun of me. I really wanted to say something to her, but I just glared at them and walked away. :/ I couldn't decipher what they were saying because of the way they talk
*sigh* I hate that because of surgery my feet don't want to cooperate and help me stay balanced.
