Yea, I had to watch it for homework too. On top of other homework for that class... a little ridiculous, but whatever. I was happy that we got the abortion questions at the end though, and that overall, Biden brought home the victory on this one.

"Gah, I love it when I don't have school and I have to wake up early anyways for conditioning," said no kid ever.

Just something to keep in mind, there are a ton of scholarships whose deadlines are coming up soon. (I've already applied for $18000 worth of scholarships.)

Ya I know but I kind of give up on them since like 99% of them I've looked at are for 4yr colleges and I'm not sure I'm going to one.Even if I got a few it wouldn't be enough $ to convince my mom to let me go or that shed support me.
She doesn't mind helping to pay for community college but I honestly don't want to stay home an extra 2-3 years and then go to a 4yr college in a different area.

Ugh. I think my family likes scaring the heck out of me. My sisters come running into the house laughing because a helicopter just flew overhead and shined its light at them. After my mom explains what it means my dad decides he needs to go get a water jug from the other house (we own the house next door). What. The. Heck.

Tomorrow I'm going to write an essay not for CC but for someone. It will be in the same vein as my CC essays though, and it'll concern structuralism/functionalism and intentionalism ... this should prove interesting . I'll perhaps post the essay later, complete with reactions from the other party.

sooo I had my senior conference, and I said that I wouldn't include my library volunteering on it since I only did like 20 hours sophomore year. but my counselor said that it won't hurt me, so I decided to put it on. and then she added that it wouldn't be a big deal if I just said I did it junior year too. in front of my parents too. yeah, it's a wonder that people lie on their apps -__-

and that sounds pretty much like all your other essays Qube will you actually show it to her?

Have any of you ever been to your own doctor appointment alone? I think I want to try Monday. Does a parent have to be there if you're under 18?

So your counselor, the person who is called up to verify if your app gets audited, is encouraging you to lie. If colleges can't trust her, who can they trust?
