Well CSIHSIS In that case my comment goes for you. I work hard for my things and for my money so I can complain when I want to. I'm sure you complain about your phone sometimes no?

Besides if I lived in the city I wouldn't even want a car which is why if I end up going to school in the city I will be selling it.

And niquii thanks. I know I was feelin horrible cause of that walk and then I had to pay 15$ on board for my ticket ( when, had I gotten there 40 seconds earlier, would've cost 9.25$ at the machine) and then the trai didn't go to the stop so I had to walk like 40 minutes uphill. It was a mess!! And then coming back apparently I spent 9.25 for nothing cause my ticket was never checked- its sitting in my bag untouched.

At least the school was really nice as were the people and I got my t-shirt

Congrats, Rachel!

Guys.

I'm done applying to college.

And I was promoted to C/ Colonel today.

Ye gods, i've had so many hugs and non-alcoholic toasts that I can't even begin to count them all. Today was basically the best day ever.

Thanks!

I'm done applying too. If I don't get into Brandeis, I'm going to go tour all of the colleges I've been accepted to over spring break since I'll know about everywhere by Christmas.

My mom doesn't seem to understand the competitiveness of schools like Brandeis. She thinks that because it has a 45% acceptance rate ED, that I'll definitely get in. She doesn't understand that I am far below their average accepted student. I think it's because sophomore and freshman year, all of the schools I was looking at had 5-15% acceptance rates, so 45% seems like a big number in comparison.

I guess I can see how she'd think that, then.

My favorite moment is when I announced last night that I was finally done applying early, and my mom freaked out for the twentieth time because she keeps forgetting the difference between ED and EA. Good stuff.

I am so in the mood to celebrate.

Is it bad that I'm waiting anxiously to just see the scholarship offer from Randolph even though I know I'm not going there? I think I'm just trying to wait for the closer one afraid it will be higher than what Longwood might offer. And Longwood doesn't send out offers until March...

Me too. I'm hoping my early apps go okay so I won't have to rely on my first semester grades. :S

I've noticed that teachers are grading really harshly this year. Everyone in my classes has noticed a dip in grades. It's super annoying to have to worry about keeping grades up. :/
