I you have a really high GPA but a low ACT score, can u get into Harvard?

A high GPA but low test scores (especially for homeschooling) often indicates that the academic difficulty of the school wasn't that intense.
Sure you can get in, but GPA/class rank is usually considered "very important" in admissions.
