Padding up high school gpa?

My gpa in my sophomore year was not that great. I want to raise it up. As of now, I am taking AP Calc BC, AP USH, and AP Chem. I want to drop AP USH to take AP Psychology and AP Art History online. Would that be wise? How do colleges look at that?

AP Psych and Art History are seen as "softer" APs compared to USH but since there will be two as opposed to one I think it more than makes up for it.
