Decisions??

Hey!
So I applied to IIT for fall 2012 and I'd like to know how applicants are notified of their decisions. I recently got an email from TNT (the courier service) saying that I would soon receive a letter from IIT. Could this be the decision? And did anyone get their decisions emailed to them? BTW i'm an international applicant.

Thanks. ^^

Hi Anita95

Yes, that should be your decision. There may be something for you in the admissions portal too.

Anita95, congrats! I received the letter yesterday too.
Did they give you a scholarship? and if yes, how much?
Which course did you apply for?

If any of you have questions whose answers might help you decide whether to come to IIT, feel free to ask me. I probably cannot answer specifics about architecture as I am a physics professor but I can try...

Is the campus and dorms safe? I heard that they are located in the 'bad' suburban part of Chicago, so crime rate was higher?
