Hey guys,
I'm an indian living in dubai. My dad applied for green card a few years ago, and it should be available in 2014.
I aspire to do pre med, and eventually MD. So is it a good idea for me?

Absolutely! But beware, almost every Indian(Okay! Most) in the States wants to do premed, so you have to work hard.

For sure if that is what you want to do. You must, though, educate yourself as much as you can about the process. Just so you know what you are getting into.
