mboretz93, you say you applied for selective scholarships, but your stats are too low for you to have received a selective scholarship application. IU sends the selective scholarship application to admitted students who have certain minimum gpa and standardized test scores.
If money is an issue, make sure you apply to less expensive schools in your state. IU gives very little to out of state students other than pell grants, if you qualify, and federal loans and work study.
Applied at the beginning of January, my status when I log in says something like if you haven't done so already please send your transcript to IU. I called and they said they had received it mid January and would "let me know" within a few weeks. I'm afraid I'm already way behind the 8 ball now
