Scholarship money for textbooks

I checked my bursar, and I saw that I still have a few hundred dollars left each semester from my scholarships. Can I use that money to buy textbooks? If so, do I pay out of my own pocket and then the Office of Scholarships reimburses me?

Yep. About August 20ish the bursar will either send you a check or direct deposit (if you have set it up) the remaining scholarship funds.
