International Student Living In Beijing

Im basically a junior in high school living in Beijing China right now. I just moved here at the start of junior year of hs... i did the rest of my schooling in the states.
Im currently going to an IB school here, but it is very well known for its ability to produce extremely fluent chinese speakers/writers, but it isnt a pure international school founded by school boards from new england etc..., it is actually a public school that was founded by the government as one of the first international schools in beijing.
The sats i took in Oct of last year were:
math: 700 crit reading: 610 writing: 610
*havent taken the satIIs yet*
GPA was around 3.6 (unweighted) when i left the states, and it will definitely increase since this year I am taking all IB higher level classes and making a's in all of them.
ECs: pretty gd, was officer of a lot of clubs in the states, run my own business here in china, involved in community service every week, speak/write chinese almost fluently, lots of internships
I would like to apply to a "good" school in cali, such as UC schools or a dream school such as Stanford; and i was just wondering if i can get some advise form those in my similar situation.
Any help would be appreciated!

Your ECs are pretty solid, but you definitely have to pull up that SAT I score.
