I am from Lithuania and most of my teachers don't even talk in English, which basically means that all of their recommendations need to be translated.
So I have a question. Are you planning on sending your applications via mail? Since original recommendations and not only translations of those recommendations are needed.
If your teachers don't speak English, they'd probably also struggle to navigate the online interface. One more reason to opt for paper letters. (You can still submit your part of the application online.)
Hey bro, I hope everything is going good with your application. I recomend you to send the recomendation by mail, remember to send both the original and the translation. Dont use local mail service since most of them suck, use Fedex, DHL, or UPS which are more reliable, this will cost your more but its the best way. Almost all universities require all documents to be translated to English, and in some cases it must be done by a certified translator. I hope this helps
