Which parts of application do i have to send to the college by traditional mail?

I'm applying early to Dartmouth this fall. My high school doesn't send students to colleges in US, I'll have to take care of literally my whole application including school reports, recommendations and so on. So here's my question: which parts of my application can I post on-line and which of them have to be mailed (overseas mails need more time to be deliveried on time so I have to take care about it right now)?

Here's my checklist: Early Decision (i hope that I don't break any forum rules by inserting link into my post; if I did, tell me, I'll delete it then).

I guess that most of the points are to be posted with the use of CommonApp. What about Dartmouth Supplement, International Supplement, Secondary School Report, and the teacher evaluations with the peer evaluation? Do i have to fill them (tell appropriate people to fill them), do they need to be sent in a traditional way, by postmail?

The next question is how school report, supplements and evaluations need to be sent? Can I send them or do they need to be sent by teachers and school officially? I will probably need to translate evaluations to english - can I do that?

I believe that everything except the peer evaluation can be completed online. However, that's not the most practical if your teachers and counselor don't speak English. They'd need to create their own Common App accounts and submit your recommendations through those accounts. Would they struggle with the English interface?

If you your teachers and counselor opt out of the online system, the following will have to be submitted on paper:
- the teacher evaluations
- the secondary school report + transcripts + international supplement
- the ED agreement (because it needs to be signed by your counselor)
- the peer evaluation as before

If your teachers opt for the online system, they'd each need to create their own Common App account and use that to submit your materials. If you opt for paper, you can collect all documents and send them in one big envelope. However, each document should be in a sealed envelope with a signature or school seal on the back, to prevent tampering.

If your teachers are comfortable with that arrangement, you may perform the translation yourself.
