Hello CC,

Although I know the admissions process isn't only about grades.... Would you consider
a 110 on the TOEFL iBT competitive for the Ivy League and other top tier schools?

Yes. The TOEFL is a pass/fail criterion that measures if you speak English well enough to succeed in the classroom. It doesn't matter if you score 110 or 115.
