Do I stand a chance with Colgate?

My sat score is 1810 (620 CR, 630 M, 560W).
I live in Bosnia and i don't have so many options with ec-s, but my grades are pretty good. I contacted Colgate, and they said "PLEASE APPLY";
but I'm not sure whether I had mentioned fin aid (which I would need, naturally). I was also thinking of applying to Hawaii (Manoa) and Bryant (RI). With fin aid, again. Any chances?

Well,the best thing to do is...(only if u are NOT satisfied with the result..)..take a retest...........well,it would hav been better if it were 2000+(sorry,I m not discouraging......)...as ur ECs are limited,the strong chance maker is your stats...................best of luck....n,btw,provide some details of ur stats,if u dont mind.........

Well, course curriculum in Bosnia is somewhat limited. We have 13 to 15 compulsory classes, the grades are on 1 to 5 scale (with 5 as the best) and my average grades were 4.53 as a freshman, 4.57 as a sophomore and 4.63 as a junior. My ec activities are learning English, of course, water polo and basketball, but nothing serious or impressive. I don't know whether the admission committee will even consider my aplication?
